Autel Robotics Drone Warnings and Failures
Autel Robotics advertised claims are exaggerated by about 200-300%, Autel Robotics customer service is very poor, multiple firmware failures and possible damage to aircraft, Autel requires aircraft be returned to Autel Robotics for inspections after non pad firmware landing, unlimited service charges. Auto Return / Landing no longer safely functions. Research and documented verifies chronic poor service, bad software, false claims, no response, refused support, required aircraft returns to Autel Robotics. This text is public available.
